Chronic erythema nodosum

Chronic erythema nodosum (also known as "Erythema nodosum migrans,"[1] "Subacute migratory panniculitis of Vilanova and Piñol",[1] and "Subacute nodular migratory panniculitis"[2]) is a form of septal panniculitis that is much less common than acute erythema nodosum.[1]:488
